Warning — Taurine
Generally well tolerated; check with a doctor if on medication.
Taurine (amino acid)
An amino acid found in fish and meat, also taken alone. Commonly reached for around calm and everyday energy. Unlike most amino acids, it isn't used to build proteins — instead it plays roles in things like nerve signaling and fluid balance. The body can produce some on its own, though dietary intake tops it up.

Been using this for a few weeks now and I'm happy with it — noticed a real difference, and I'd recommend it to anyone dealing with the same thing.
