Polygonum cuspidatum / grapes
A plant antioxidant found in grape skins and knotweed. People reach for it around inflammation and healthy aging. Grapes produce it as a natural defense compound in response to stress, like fungal infection or UV exposure. It's concentrated mainly in the skin, part of why red wine contains more of it than white.
